Our "Hassle Free Returns” Policy means you can buy with confidence because we guarantee your complete satisfaction!

At Navy Gear, we strive to make your shopping experience a positive one. We gladly accept returns on any unworn, non-laundered, or unused items returned to us within 60 days of delivery.

If you received a damaged or defective item, or if there is any kind of error regarding your order (wrong size, wrong color, or wrong item), please contact us at 410-766-2600, or via Live Chat to get the issue resolved at no additional cost to you.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Please follow these simple procedures to insure a hassle-free return:

  1. Make sure that all items are returned with original tags and/or packaging to:

  2. Insure your return package.
  3. We recommend that returns be properly packaged, to insure that items are not damaged in shipping. Also, please ship with some form of delivery receipt.
  4. Please enclose a note as to the reason for the return. (We just want to know so we can keep everyone happy.) Kindly let us know if we messed up!
  5. Return a copy of the original packing list, include your phone number and email address.
  6. Please allow 3-10 days for us to process your refund to your credit card once we have received your return.
  7. Please note we only refund the original shipping charges if your order was shipped in error.
  8. If you wish to exchange an item we highly encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and return the original for a refund, as we cannot guarantee the item you want will be in stock by the time your return reaches us.  

 Please Note:

  • We can only accept unworn, unused, non-laundered, and non-defective items. Returned items that have strong odors, are covered in pet hair or have clearly been worn will not be accepted for a full refund as we will not be able to resell those items.  A 50% refund will be given for items returned in an unsellable condition.
  • Custom and special orders are not eligible for refunds.
  • Returns need to be sent within 60 days of delivery.

We strive to have all Standard orders leave our warehouse within three business days (Mon–Fri).

All standard orders placed after 8am EST will be processed the following business day.

APO and FPO Shipping Charges are the same as Continental US (Standard) Shipping Charges. (US mail only. UPS and expedited shipping is not available for APO and FPO)
