When can I expect to see my points in my account?
Points awarded from most activities are immediately available. Points earned through purchases are redeemable 7 days after the order is placed.
Do I have to be signed into my account to earn points?
Yes, you must be signed into your account to earn points.
Do I have to make a purchase to sign up?
No, sign up today and you’ll earn your first reward!
I’ve made a purchase, when can I expect my account to be update with my points?
You earn 5 points for every $1 you spend. You can expect your points to be applied to your account in about 15 days from your purchase date. Points are not awarded for purchases made with gift cards.
Can I earn points for my previous purchases?
Any purchases in the past 90 days will be eligible for points at time of signing up.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Sign into your account, go to the rewards section and select “get reward”. You will be given a coupon code to use at checkout.
Also, if you are signed into your account at checkout, use the point slider on the checkout page and the coupon code will automatically be added for you.
Can I use other coupon codes with my reward?
No, only one coupon code per transaction.
Does my reward cover my shipping fee?
No, the reward covers the subtotal only.
Can I use my rewards on items that are on sale or marked clearance?
Yes, rewards can be applied to any purchase.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire in 12 months.
I’ve reviewed a product, where are my points?
You can expect to see your points in your account in about 7- 10 days. Points are rewarded one time per week per review in a seven-day time period.
