First, let me state that Navygear's customer service folks are first-rate! I spoke to Alicia(?) just a moment ago about returning this hat, and she did a yeoman's job with my return.

Now, about the hat...It's a well-built hat, but it just doesn't look right to me. I was hoping this would be my summer go-to hat, but it really doesn't look like a "relaxed fit" hat. It reminds me of the base hats I used to wear as a college baseball umpire. The embroidered Navy logo is also a tad bit too small for the hat. I really do like that Navygear put a nice bend in the brim!

I'm fairly certain that Navygear put a lot of thought into this hat, but it might behoove them to take a gander at other "relaxed fit" hats to see what they can come up with.
